It's very very soft and pliable so it can still be worn by a slightly larger size too. I have a 16.3 inch neck and it still fits me perfectly! This NOT a cheap device! These were bought on Amazon for his office and I can attest to how effective this device is! I used one for nearly a year and it was a great healing device for the broken discs in my neck.
